What the Service Provides

Institutional Experience

​

Building on its workforce development initiatives, PERT Consultancy was contracted by International Business Initiatives (IBI) under the USAID-funded Data, Evaluation, Learning, and Technical Assistance (DELTA) Activity to implement the USAID DELTA Internship Program in Liberia.

​

Under the program, PERT Consultancy recruited, trained, mentored, supervised, and supported annual cohorts of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) interns placed with host organizations across six counties.

​

Prior to the early closure of USAID programs globally, the program achieved strong results, with approximately 90% of Cohort 1 interns and 75% of Cohort 2 interns securing employment within two months of graduation.

​

Building on this experience, PERT Consultancy expanded its workforce development model into a managed technical support service for organizations.
