Organizational Structure
PERT Consultancy maintains a streamlined and flexible structure that supports effective governance, quality service delivery, and operational efficiency. A five-member Board of Directors provides strategic oversight and institutional direction. The Managing Director, who also serves as Board Chairperson, leads the firm’s day-to-day operations.
The firm operates through the Technical Operations and Finance and Administration directorates. Technical Operations leads consulting services, digital solutions, and innovation, while Finance and Administration provides financial, administrative, logistical, and operational support. PERT maintains rosters of qualified consultants and associates who are engaged according to assignment requirements and their expertise. The firm also hosts interns through its six-month PERT Emerging Professionals Program, with successful participants eligible to join its roster of Associates.
