Organizational Structure
PERT Consultancy maintains a streamlined and flexible organizational structure designed to support effective leadership, high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. The firm is led by the Managing Director, with strategic advice provided by the Board of Advisors. Operations are organized under two directorates: Technical Operations and Finance and Administration. The Technical Operations Directorate leads the delivery and continuous improvement of PERT’s consulting services, including its growing focus on digital solutions, technology, and innovation. The Finance and Administration Directorate provides the financial, administrative, logistical, and operational support required for effective organizational and project implementation.
PERT complements its core staff with a flexible supporting workforce drawn from its rosters of external consultants and associates, who are engaged as needed based on assignment requirements and their qualifications and expertise. The firm also regularly hosts interns through the PERT Emerging Professionals Program (PEPP), a six-month professional development program. Successful PEPP graduates and other former PERT interns may transition to PERT’s roster of Associates and be engaged for future assignments and opportunities that match their qualifications, skills, and experience.
