USAID DELTA Internship Program
 

Client: International Business Initiatives (IBI)
Period: December 2022 – November 2026

Scope: Designed and implemented a national M&E internship and workforce development program, recruiting and training annual cohorts of 20–30 interns placed with host organizations across six counties. The program combined structured onboarding, nine-month placements, refresher trainings, mentorship, and work-readiness support. Prior to early termination following the global closure of USAID, the program achieved strong outcomes, with 90% of Cohort 1 and 75% of Cohort 2 interns securing employment within two months of graduation.

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting Capacity Building of Ministry of Internal Affairs
 

Client: DAI Global (USAID LEGIT Activity)
Period: May – December 2019

Scope: Conducted an institutional M&E capacity assessment and supported the development of the Ministry’s M&E Policy, manual, tools, and reporting systems. Delivered staff training and technical support for the development of an M&E framework to support implementation of Liberia’s Local Government Act.

Capacity Strengthening Support to USAID Civil Society Activity Grantees (M&E and Gender Systems)

Period: January – March 2024

Scope: Led M&E capacity strengthening for 10 civil society organizations through tailored assessments, development of organization-specific M&E manuals and tools, and structured mentorship. The assignment also supported gender mainstreaming through complementary policy development.

Strengthening Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Systems for Local Partner

 

Client: Oxfam
Period: September – December 2021

Scope: Conducted consultative assessments of MEL systems for 12 local partners and supported the development of tailored MEL plans, tools, and training to strengthen implementation and learning.

Building Scalable Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting Capacities in Bong, Nimba, and Grand Gedeh Counties

 

Client: DAI Global
Period: July – September 2020

Scope: Strengthened county-level PMER systems through participatory development of County Resolutions Implementation Plans and corresponding M&E plans. Developed a Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting (PMER) guide and delivered PMER training for county officials across three counties.

Development of County Monitoring and Evaluation Capacity Strengthening Strategy – Republic of Liberia

 

Client: University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa
Period: October 2020 – March 2021

Scope: Conducted a County M&E Situation Analysis across six counties and developed a national M&E Capacity Strengthening Strategy addressing institutional, human resource, and systems gaps affecting subnational M&E performance.

Results-Based Management and PMER Training for County Officials

 

Client: Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, Republic of Liberia
Period: July – August 2021

Scope: Designed and delivered results-based PMER training to county officials from eight counties and M&E staff of the Ministry, strengthening planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting competencies at subnational and central levels.
