PERT Emerging Professionals Program (PEPP)
Developing Liberia's Next Generation of Development Professionals
The PERT Emerging Professionals Program (PEPP) is PERT Consultancy, Inc.'s flagship professional development initiative designed to prepare graduates and early-career professionals for successful careers in development consulting.
PEPP bridges the gap between academic learning and professional practice through practical consulting experience, structured technical training, mentoring, and career development. Building on the success of PERT's previous internship initiatives and our experience implementing the USAID DELTA Internship Program, PEPP reflects our long-term commitment to developing competent, ethical, and work-ready professionals who can contribute to Liberia's development.

Practical Consulting Experience – Participants work alongside experienced consultants on real assignments involving research, evaluations, strategic planning, proposal development, project management, data collection and analysis, report writing, training, and other consulting services.
Applied Learning Projects –Each training module concludes with a practical project assignment that reinforces learning and enables participants to apply their knowledge to real-world development challenges while building a professional portfolio.
Professional Mentoring and Coaching – Participants receive continuous mentoring, constructive feedback, and career guidance from experienced consultants throughout the program.
Career Development and Workplace Readiness – Participants strengthen their communication, presentation, report writing, teamwork, leadership, workplace ethics, and career planning skills to prepare for successful careers in development consulting.
